What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is from 2.30pm and check-out is 10.30am. It may be possible to arrange an earlier check-in or later departure subject to availability and an additional fee.

How do I access the property?

All of our properties are self check-in with the keys on site in an easily located, secure key-box. You will receive access details by email 72 hours prior to arrival and a key-box code is sent by text message 24 hours ahead of arrival.

Are towels and bedlinen provided?

Towels and bedlinen are provided for the duration of your stay. A weekly housekeeping service is provided for stays of 7 days and over.

What about parking?

All SmartApart properties benefit from FREE on-site allocated parking for one vehicle.

Can I smoke?

We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy throughout all of our properties. Any evidence of smoking will incur an automatic £50 charge.

When is payment taken?

Payment is taken at time of booking whether you book direct or via an online booking agent.

Can you accommodate children?

Children are welcome and one child up to age 12 can stay free with up to two adults. Please note, however, that no provision can be made for highchairs, cots, child beds etc.

Are pets welcome?

Whilst we are animal lovers, we regret that no pets are allowed.
